Speeding up the journey to a sustainable future.

From winning Elon Musk's Hyperloop competition to developing a full-scale transportation system.

Our Mission

What we strive for

We are developing a climate-neutral, ground-based transportation system, meeting the demand for ultra-fast connections between mobility hubs.

What we are working on

Advancing towards the right destination

System Feasibility

We analyze the potential impact of our system taking into consideration financial, market, environmental and safety aspects.

Who we are

The team behind TUM Hyperloop

As a joint program of the Technical University of Munich and NEXT Prototypes e.V., TUM Hyperloop combines the expertise of the professors and scientific staff with the ingenuity and motivation of the students.

All working together to make ultra-high-speed ground transportation a reality.

Where we come from

A history to be proud of

TUM Hyperloop has a long tradition of developing and building advanced prototypes.

Over the course of the last half decade the team has won each edition of the international SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition with the fastest pod, while also testing key technologies needed for the development of ultra-high-speed ground transportation.
